Both. You can choose Design Only, Design + Supervision, Defined Scope Execution, or Turnkey Interior Execution, depending on the level of support you require.

We first understand your home, requirements, lifestyle, preferred style, functional needs and approximate budget. After measurements and requirement discussions, we develop the design accordingly.

A standard design process generally takes around one month, depending on the project size, number of spaces, client decisions, revisions and approvals.

The final scope, drawings, materials, finishes and quantities are reviewed and approved. Depending on your selected service, we then proceed with quotation or requotation, procurement and execution planning.

The design fee covers professional design work, drawings, discussions, selections and revisions. Once design work has commenced, it is generally non-refundable.

Changes after design approval or execution commencement may affect cost, quantity, material orders and timeline. Such changes are therefore treated as additional work or revised scope wherever applicable.

Yes. Relevant execution drawings and details are prepared based on the project scope, including furniture layouts, dimensions, electrical requirements, ceiling details and other necessary information.

Yes. Your preferences are an important part of the design process. We aim to balance your preferred aesthetic with functionality, practicality, budget and the actual site conditions.

Yes. We can review existing drawings, layouts or architectural information and develop the interior design accordingly, subject to the information provided.

Site conditions are verified before execution wherever required. If actual site conditions require changes, the design or execution details may need to be revised accordingly.

Not necessarily. Design approval confirms the design direction and scope. The final project cost depends on the approved quantities, materials, finishes, hardware, specifications and execution scope.

Yes. Our Design Only service allows you to obtain a professionally developed interior design without taking our execution service.

Ideally, interior design should begin before possession or immediately after the basic site dimensions and architectural plans are available. Early planning helps avoid changes, delays and unnecessary costs during execution.

We don't design only for presentation. Our designs are developed with execution, materials, dimensions, quantities, budget and practical site conditions in mind—so what is designed can actually be built.

Our design team works with you through requirement understanding, planning, design development, material selection, revisions and finalisation, with coordination between the design and execution teams where applicable.

Timely decisions and approvals are important. Delays in finalising layouts, materials, colours, hardware or other selections can directly affect the design and execution timeline.
