Our Design Only service includes space planning, 2D drawings, 3D views, material and finish selection, measurements and design documentation required to take the project forward.

A standard design package generally takes around 1 month, depending on the size of the home, scope and speed of client approvals.

Revisions are handled as part of the design development process within the agreed scope. The exact revision process and deliverables are confirmed before design begins. Generally one-time model change and one-time colour change are allowed in standard packages.

There is no fixed price for every 2BHK. Cost depends on scope, materials, rooms, storage, finishes and customisation. A project-specific quotation is prepared after understanding actual requirements.

A 3BHK can have significantly different requirements from one home to another. Final cost depends on scope, materials, furniture, finishes and customisation.

Yes. You can share another quotation and Meraghar can help compare the scope, specifications, quantities and pricing so you are comparing similar items rather than just the final total.

Typical specifications include IS 303 BWR plywood for regular furniture and IS 710 BWP plywood for areas requiring higher moisture resistance.

Meraghar commonly uses Hettich hardware, including Hettich Onsys and relevant drawer/channel systems, depending on the furniture requirement.

Yes. Meraghar provides turnkey residential interior execution where the agreed scope is managed from procurement through execution and handover.

Any change to the approved scope, material, quantity or specification is discussed before execution. Applicable cost or timeline impact is communicated before implementation.

After civil work is completed and the site is ready for interior execution, a typical 2BHK takes approximately 3 months, depending on final scope and site conditions.

Meraghar provides 3 years of workmanship/service support for furniture work, subject to applicable warranty terms. Product warranties are governed by respective manufacturers. Civil work is not covered under the furniture workmanship warranty.
